Perform a variety of guest-service, housekeeping, and facility-maintenance duties to ensure clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for resort guests. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, and dishwashing or service areas; changing and laundering bed linens and towels; vacuuming carpets and rugs; dusting furniture and fixtures; removing trash and waste from rooms and public spaces; and replenishing supplies such as shampoo, soap, towels, and other amenities. Assist with general cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal throughout the property. Respond to guest requests promptly by delivering items such as extra linens, toiletries, or luggage assistance to rooms. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of grounds and entryways by sweeping, mopping, and collecting refuse as needed. Help perform front-desk and clerk duties when needed, including greeting and registering guests, answering telephones, making and confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing and retrieving keys. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and refer complaints courteously and professionally, providing information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services. Ensure that public and back-of-house areas are secure and orderly at the end of each shift. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hospitality procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
