  The worker is responsible for washing and cleaning all cookware, utensils, and equipment, including pots, pans, dishware, silverware, glassware, food slicing machines, knives, commercial beverage dispensers, and dishwashers, following Omni standards in kitchen production areas. They will also clean dishes, cups, utensils, and other kitchenware, ensuring the dishwashing area remains tidy and organized. Additionally, the worker will store cleaned items properly, keep the kitchen floor clean and debris-free using brooms, mops, buckets, and carts. They may also perform other duties assigned by Culinary Management.
