  Landscape and maintain grounds of both residential and commercial properties, including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, mulching, raking, and removing weeds or debris as instructed. Use shovels, rakes, pruning saws, axes, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, mowers, tractors, blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters to landscape. Lay sod and maintain lawns. Plant shrubs, trees, foliage, ground covers, flowers in landscaped areas. Apply mulch for protection and maintenance. Haul or spread topsoil. Operate and maintain basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain appearance and health while standing on ground. Gather and remove grass dirt and other debris from walkways, driveways, and other grounds areas. Follow established landscaping plans and safety procedures. Perform turf maintenance by ensuring proper soil and drainage. Care for artificial turf by removing turf, replacing pads, vacuuming, and disinfecting turf. Maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems as needed. In winter months, may also winterize irrigation and shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spreading salt as needed.
