Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, properly sorting, storing, and transporting clean dishware to designated areas, ensure proper handling of cleaning supplies, assisting chefs and cooks with basic prep tasks such as cleaning or preparing (without cooking) various foods for cooking or serving, sorting and removing trash, and supporting banquet and event setup/breakdown such as assisting in setting up/taking down tables, moving equipment, supplies, or food to required locations, and arranging tables or dining areas. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 5:00 pm - 12:00 am (midnight). Shift hours may vary.
