Head Chefs will be responsible for preparing, and cooking soups, entrees, salads, meats, vegetables, desserts, poultry, fish, buffet style and plated food in a restaurant. Will also supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff. May supervise up to twenty-five (25) people, including Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Grill Cooks, Sautee Chefs, Food Runners, and Café Attendants. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 11:00am to 6:00pm.
