At the direction of site manager, perform general labor and material-handling duties at a stone quarry to assist more skilled workers. Lift and move stone materials around worksite. Palletize stone and move for use by more skilled workers. Organize materials to prepare for use. Stage tools or supplies, including carrying, movement, and placement of drills, pallets, and saws for use by more skilled workers. Perform quarry site cleanup by removing debris and unused materials after quarry activities are complete. No stone cutting, drilling, rock splitting, quarry extraction, or construction trade work performed.
