Assist chefs with various tasks as needed and provide chefs with needed items, including ingredients, utensils etc. Load dishes, glasses, and tableware into dishwashing machines. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures. Assist with serving food or beverages to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Wash and sanitize dishes, equipment and works areas. Perform other similar, related tasks as necessary.
