The Cook must ensure all meals are made consistently to our high standards. This includes cooking on a flat top, using a deep fryer, and using other restaurant equipment. Will prepare pizzas, sandwiches, fry foods and salads, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time; Roll dough, wash and cut vegetables; clean food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils; fry foods using deep fat fryers. Other duties include monitoring product qualities and food freshness to ensure minimal waste. Must work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must work well with others, have time management skills and follow directions. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work area. Employee must lift and move up to 50 pounds. Must have 3 months' work experience.
