• Offer description:

  Will provide training to perform bartending tasks such as creating, mixing, and serving drinks at the food and beverage outlets on the hotel property, in the lobby areas, and during banquet events. Acknowledge and greet guests. Accurately input orders into the POS system. Monitor and clean bars, work areas, and tables, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Take food and beverage orders from clients. Serve wine, bottled, and draft beer. Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, and straws. Serve snacks or food items to customers. Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Follow all responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying customers’ age. Provide customers with directions, suggestions, or answers to questions.
