As a line cook, worker will prepare food items are per standard recipe while maintaining portion control and minimizing waster. Worker will stock kitchen with all necessary ingredients, assist on all stations on the line as needed for each meal period, maintain and clean equipment according to the opening and closing checklists and promptly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment which requires repair/ maintenance. Worker will adhere to all Department of Health food and safety standards, always comply with company and department policies and procedures, and maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas. Worker will demonstrate the ability to execute recipes and ability to follow recipes and all house-made ingredients promptly and efficiently. Worker will ensure all food is plated and presented accordingly and demonstrate a sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions.
