Assist in preparing the seasonal store for opening by organizing the retail floor; greet each customer warmly and establish a personal connection to enhance the shopping experience; actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations; leverage product knowledge, selling techniques, and client records to drive successful sales; maintain display cases and stockroom organization throughout the season; and support end-of-season store closing activities, including carefully packing and organizing jewelry inventory. Shifts will vary from 5:00am to 10:00pm; up to 6 days/week; 40 hours/week minimum and up to 32 hours/week overtime.
