**RFI** 1. Detailed description of functions (Item F.a.2): The employee will perform general landscape installation and maintenance, including: • Mowing lawns with lawnmowers • Trimming weeds with shears • Raking and cleaning up leaves using leaf blowers • Installing plants, trees, and shrubs by hand and with shovels • Pruning and trimming plants with pruning saws • Mulching, composting, placing, and tilling dirt and sod using sod cutters and shovels • Loading and unloading hand and power tools, plants, and materials on and off vehicles These duties encompass the installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs, as well as general landscape labor using appropriate landscape equipment. 2. Tree trimming location: All tree trimming will be performed on the ground. 3. Equipment types (including makes/models if available): The employee will use a variety of hand and power tools, including: • Hand tools: shovels, rakes, shears, axes • Power tools: mowers, chainsaws, pruning saws, electric clippers, hedge or brush trimmers, sod cutters, and leaf blowers Note: Specific makes and models may vary depending on availability and job site requirements, but all tools meet OSHA and manufacturer safety standards. **Original** Mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers. Also, installation, pruning and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs. Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation and maintenance. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Entry level; requires supervision.
