***RFI Response*** Workers are provided all cooking utensils and equipment necessary to make the food items. All food is fresh and requires minimal preparation. Workers will prepare and serve customers the following food items: Steak with onions, potatoes and mushrooms, corn dogs, fries, sausage, hot dogs, deep-fried veggies, and cold drinks. Steak comes fresh and whole and is then char-grilled; potatoes come whole and are washed, sliced with a slicer and boiled or sliced into French fries and deep-fried. Mushrooms come whole, workers wash them and place them in bags, then heat in a skillet and serve. Corn dogs are put on sticks and workers make pre-measured batter and deep fries corn dogs. Onions come whole, are chopped with a slicer and bagged, then heated in a skillet and served. Sausages are grilled; tenderloins are deep-fried; hot dogs are grilled; and the veggies are washed and then deep fried. Workers will use slicers, grill, skillet, stove, and deep fryers. ***Original F.a.2*** Assist customers with purchasing items, prepare a variety of concession-type food and beverage that require only a short preparation time. Filling customer orders, cleaning the station, and setting up and tearing down food concession equipment, when necessary.
