***RFI Response*** This position does not make deliveries or operate any delivery vehicle. The employer will only receive deliveries from vendors at the worksite. Duties include: Opening the door for scheduled vendor deliveries (e.g., beverage distributors, cup suppliers) and receiving and organizing delivered items such as cups, lids, napkins, straws, mixers, etc. Workers will assist bartenders by performing standard barback duties, such as fetching mixers, juices, ice, cups, lids, and straws from storage areas, placing lids on cups and inserting straws, re-stocking bar supplies behind the bar, removing empty containers, and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Tools and materials used include cups, lids, straws, ice scoops, storage bins, shelving, and cleaning supplies. All tasks are performed on-site and in support of bartenders during peak service periods. ***Original Duties*** This position supports back of house bar operations at a high-volume frozen drink bar. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing frozen daiquiri machines and refilling product throughout the day. The role also involves cleaning and organizing both the back bar and front bar areas, taking deliveries, and restocking liquor, cups and supplies. Team members will assist bartenders with serving customers as needed in high volume times.
