Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve food and beverages in a mobile food trailer at fairs, festivals, and special events. Duties include preparing ingredients, cooking and reheating food items such as chicken dishes, wraps, desserts, and beverages, including preparing and handling sauces such as chicken tikka masala and butter chicken sauces, assembling and packaging orders, operating grills, warmers, fryers, blenders, and other kitchen equipment, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, cleaning and organizing the work area, restocking supplies, and providing customer service. Work is performed in a mobile food service environment and may include working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays during the festival season.
