• Offer description:

  Takes and serves food and beverage orders. Duties may include preparation and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. Carries out miscellaneous cleaning, wiping and polishing and/or presentation breakdown tasks, including setting tables, and removing dishes. The preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the Server duties includes taking beverage orders from members and guests; retrieving and serving pre-made or standard beverages such as wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, and water; pouring beverages according to standard portion sizes; placing beverages into appropriate glassware; adding standard garnishes such as citrus slices, olives, or cherries; and delivering beverages to tables or service areas. Servers do not create specialty cocktails or perform advanced mixology and do not act as bartenders. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; Variable shifts over 6 days a week (Tuesday- Sunday): 9:00am-4:00pm, 10:00am-2:00pm, 10:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-9:30pm, 5:00pm-9:30pm, 6:00pm-9:30pm as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program.
