**RFI** H-2B Cooks will only prepare Pizza and Calzones. The procedure is as follows: Grab pre-sheeted dough (Frozen Dough) already on pizza pan for each size of pizza/calzone. Put on sauce using a spatula, using sized measuring cups for each size pizza and put on pre-prepped toppings (Example: 8" Pizza - 1/3 cup, 10" Pizza - 1/2 Cup, 12" Pizza - 1 Cup, 16" Pizza - 2 cup) as requested by customer. Spread toppings evenly. Fold calzone and/or place pizza in the conveyor pizza oven that cooks the pizza to a set time and pushes the pizza out all by itself. No other steps are needed. **Original** Prepare specialty foods, such as pizzas, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking or pre-cook items to prepare them for later use. Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils.
