  ***RFI response*** wipe down and clean food prep surfaces, counter tops, and sinks each evening before closing. Use cleaning rags and standard kitchen cleansers. ***Original*** Food Preparation tasks include- assemble bread baskets and associated food items, fill glasses of water, coffee, soft drinks and similar drink preparations. All food preparation will take place in the dining room and at server prep stations in the dining room. Server tasks include - take orders and serve food to the customer's table. Kitchen duties include - clean and sanitize kitchen.
