Supervise evening store activities including closing procedures, breaks, and shift transitions. Secure cash drawers at close, monitor and maintain store cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards, ensure accurate cash handling, correct register mistakes, address and resolve operational issues promptly. Lead and motivate evening team members to meet performance goals, assign tasks and monitor productivity throughout the shift, assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching. Handle minor disciplinary actions and escalate major issues. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally, support staff in managing difficult transactions or customer interactions, oversee product returns, ensure customer satisfaction and a welcoming store atmosphere, assist with and oversee restocking and inventory checks during evening hours, ensure promotional displays are accurate and appealing, report inventory discrepancies and assist with loss prevention. Perform all other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors.
