Assist customers with finding and purchasing items, stocking shelves, prepare a variety of concession-type food and beverage that require only a short preparation time. Help set up stock in trailer and clean station after moving to each new location. Taking and filling customer orders, cleaning the station, and cleaning food equipment, when necessary. Prepare elephant ear dough and fry the elephant ears; cut and squeeze lemons to make lemonade; and prepare/mix batter for funnel cakes and corn dogs.
