Perform landscape installation and maintenance duties including preparing and grading sites; installing sod, seed, mulch, plant material, and artificial turf; constructing and maintaining garden beds, retaining and boulder walls, landscape steps, fire pits, edging, and drainage systems; operate hand and power tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, tampers, trenchers, sod cutters, chainsaws, and plate compactors to complete assignments; follow supervisor instructions and project plans; ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company and safety standards; identify and report site conditions or material needs; load, unload, and move supplies and equipment; maintain clean and safe work areas; communicate with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction; on-the-job and in-office training provided; out-of-town travel may be required.
