Server Captains will be responsible for taking dining reservations, greeting and seating customers, resetting the dining areas, reviewing daily food and drink specials, assisting the staff in maintaining dining service standards, handling member issues and complaints, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Server Captains will be responsible for overseeing service in their assigned section of the dining room during banquets and collaborating with Servers, Bartenders, Dining Room Attendants and F&B Assistants to serve guests in a timely and professional manner. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 10:00am – 5:00pm, or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
