*RFI Response Completing daily tasks and procedures: this consists of bookkeeping activities, such as updating member profiles in the online system to reflect preferences or special requests, balancing accounts, verifying and closing out cash drawers, running and distributing reports, and conducting nightly audits. Items to be provided in room service: will deliver essential hospitality items and gifts (e.g., toiletries, additional linens, pillows, fruit baskets, club literature, wedding gifts, luggage), light refreshments (e.g., bottled water, pre-packaged snacks), and documentation (e.g., guest mail, club notices, newspapers) to the guest rooms. Items to setup/breakdown: will move and rearrange light furniture such as folding chairs, side tables, patio umbrellas, and display easel/signage. Guest areas where the setup/breakdown will be performed: services are performed in the lobby, front porch, meeting rooms, and staging areas. Processing sales at the giftshop: will act as retail cashiers at the Club’s sundries and apparel shop by operating the Club’s point of sale system to scan or manually enter merchandise prices, verifying member or guest credentials to apply charges to internal accounts, processing credit card payments, folding apparel, restocking displays from the storeroom, and neatly packing purchases for members and guests. Vehicles: will operate member/guest passenger vehicles (cars/SUVs/minivans) when performing valet services and Club-owned light utility vehicles (multi-passenger vans) for property-related errands such as picking up mail from the post office. *Original This is a hybrid position that can perform the duties of and float between three different roles: Bellhops, Desk Clerks, and Night Audit (i.e., overnight Desk Clerks). Guest Services Agents will be responsible for greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, answering the phones and directing calls appropriately, processing arrivals and checkouts, assisting in carrying luggage to and from rooms, providing room service, completing daily tasks and procedures, printing and distributing daily reporting, limited setting up and breaking down of guest areas, processing sales transactions in the giftshop, parking and retrieving guests’ and customers’ vehicles in specified areas in efficient and safe manner, keeping parking areas clean and orderly, and driving Club vehicles to pick up mail from the Club’s P.O box. In addition, Guest Services Agents will be responsible for answering guests’ inquiries pertaining to the Club’s services. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am – 3:00pm, 4:00pm – 11:00pm, or 11:00pm – 6:00am. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
