*RFI Response Assisting Front Office: will assist the Front Office with delivering requested items to members and guests including groceries, sunscreen, and towels. They will also fulfill member and guest transportation requests, which includes shuttling members and guests within the resort or to attractions in the local vicinity using company passenger vehicles (SUVs or sprinter vans). Assisting the Club Concierge: will assist the Club Concierge with running/delivering requested items to members and guests including bike or kayak rentals, fishing assistance, parcels/packages, and firewood. Assisting the Engineering Department: will assist engineering staff with simple member/guest requests such as adjusting room heating or air conditioning levels. Assisting the Golf Department: will assist golf staff by delivering requested items to members and guests, including clubs and other golf equipment, via golf cart and shuttling golf items/equipment to the golf shop. Assisting the Banquet and Events Staff: will assist the banquet and event staff with event preparation activities such as hanging or removing décor, moving or removing furniture for an event, and organizing backpacks for member’s hiking or All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) expeditions. *Original Member Services Attendants will be responsible for serving as a Shore Lodge Whitetail Club ambassador, engaging the guests at every opportunity, greeting guests and members to facilities in accordance with 5-star service level, assisting guests and members with orientation of Shore Lodge Whitetail Club and the general area. Member Services Attendants will also be responsible for maintaining and tracking inventory of equipment rentals and amenities such as paddleboards, kayaks, paddles, life vests, and other water/sand toys, monitoring Game Rooms and other resort and Club amenities for cleanliness, orderliness and functionality, performing deliveries such as mail, packages, food and beverage keys, merchandise, dry cleaning, lost and found items, and groceries to and for guests and members. Will also be responsible for maintaining Transportation Vehicles by monitoring cleanliness and gas levels, taking vehicles for oil changes, tire replacement, checking tire pressure, checking vehicles for any damages, and notifying management of any automated car maintenance notifications, performing valet services as needed, parking and fulfilling transportation requests such as providing shuttles for members and guests. Additional responsibilities include raking beaches daily and removing trash. Assisting front office, Club Concierge, engineering, golf, banquet and events staff as needed and maintaining daily knowledge of groups, events, and programs. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
