Servers will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the front of house operations such as guest experience, sanitation, and cleanliness of the dining area, greeting and seating guests at host stand, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables, presenting menus, communicating specials, promoting/up-selling products, taking and entering guest orders accurately, noting allergies, following alcohol service laws, delivering orders to the guest, attending to guests before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders, ensuring the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time, cleaning workstation, dining and storage areas, and bathrooms, reporting any feedback or repairs to management, and taking inventory of silverware and small goods. Servers must be able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, bend, squat, reach above shoulder level, or walk for extended periods of time. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00AM-2:00PM, 10:00AM-6:00PM, or 2:00PM-10PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
