  ***RFI Response*** Food service occurs in the dining hall at the private clubhouse and is available for members and guests only. Members and their guests are able to order meals and also drinks from the bar. All charges are assigned to a member number. ***Original F.a.2*** Provide food and beverage service to guests/members. Set up and clean event rooms and set tables. Take food and drink orders from guest, place orders with kitchen and serve meals to guests. Assemble food on tray; procure items from each station. Clear, clean and reset tables. Handles cash and credit charges. Performs clean-up and closing duties.
