Dishwashers will be responsible for setting up dishwashing station and report any equipment issues immediately, washing, sanitizing, and properly storing all kitchen and service equipment, plates, glasses, and silverware, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, shelves, and storage spaces, removing trash to designated areas and manage waste responsibly, assisting with stocking products and receiving deliveries, cleaning or preparing (without cooking) various foods for cooking or serving, performing daily and weekly deep-cleaning tasks including scrubbing and cleaning underneath large equipment, cleaning walls, organizing and cleaning work areas such as the kitchen service line, and degreasing the hood system and floors, complying with all Club policies and health code regulations, attending scheduled staff meetings and contributing improvement suggestions, and communicating important operational information to supervisor. Dishwashers may need to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm, 4:00pm to 12:00am, or 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
