Perform manual labor to install and maintain landscaping on residential and commercial properties. Duties include planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass; spreading topsoil, mulch, gravel, and other materials using shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows; assisting with sod installation, seeding, and grading; loading and unloading tools, plants, and supplies; digging holes and trenches for planting or edging; operating basic landscape tools such as ride-on and push mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers and blowers; cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas. Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. No education or experience required; employer provides on-the-job training. Experience operating small equipment such as mini loaders or skid steers is a plus but not required. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday as needed (weather-permitting).
