[Duties]: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts. Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries. Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages. Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests. Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal. Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork. Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers. Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests. Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork. [Requirements]: Requires 3 months of experience in a restaurant, bar, or customer service occupation. Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate ranch vehicles. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must pass drug screen, background check, and reference check. [Terms & Conditions of Employment]: Fulltime - at least 35 hours per week. 6:00AM-1:00PM. Hours and days of week may vary based on business levels. Paid biweekly, wages calculated each workweek. Workers will be paid no less than $18.88 per hour. Overtime will be paid at 1.5 times worker’s regular hourly pay ($28.32 per hour). Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. $180 accrued per week worked throughout season as end of season bonus. On-the-job training provided. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. [Lodging, Daily Transport, Deductions, Benefits]: Optional employee housing (dorm-style) available for $300 - $500 per month (reasonable cost) depending on unit. Employer will deduct subsidized housing cost directly from paycheck. Benefits available from first day of employment include medical, dental, and vision. 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) provided by employer for free. [Inbound/Outbound Transportation]: The employer will reimburse the worker during the first workweek for transportation and subsistence expenses incurred while traveling from the place of recruitment to the worksite. However, if the worker fails to complete 50% of the work contract period, the employer may withhold the reasonable cost of transportation from the worker’s final paycheck. The employer will reimburse the worker during the first workweek for all fees incurred by the worker for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government. If the worker completes the full period of employment or is dismissed by the employer for any reason, the employer will pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence, unless the worker will immediately begin working for another H-2B employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Subsistence will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $16.28 per day of travel up to a maximum of $68.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Employer will provide or pay the reasonable costs for lodging where lodging is necessary during inbound and outbound travel. [Three-fourths Guarantee]: The employer guarantees three-fourths of the total number of work hours of each 12-week period for beginning with the first workday after arrival of the worker or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration of the date specified in the work contract.
