***RFI Response*** All employees will be required to open concessions stands when arriving to work. This includes opening of the awnings, cleaning of the windows and wiping the counters down. Putting the condiments out on the tables with napkin holders. The work in the prep trailer includes washing onions and peppers and then peeling them. They will be put into clear storage bins before they are sliced with Hobart vegetable slicer. All of the meats(sausage, steak, chicken, hot dogs and burgers) start from a raw meat product. They are grilled on a flat top grill and put into rolls and served to the customer. The french fries, corn dogs, and chicken tenders are a frozen product. We cook these items in a fryer and then they get portioned into containers and served to the customer. Fried dough, funnel cakes and deep fried Oreos are a frozen product that gets cooked in fryer. Portioned in containers and served to customers. All employees will be trained in each of these positions Tasks at the end of each night included cleaning of grills and fryers. Wiping of counter tops and windows and washing of floors. ***Original Duties*** Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
