***RFI response*** Tasks: The Server will be expected to assist Service Bartenders with the final preparation of beverages, including mixing and/or adding flavored sodas and garnishes to both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. They will perform table service presentation of beverages including those served from common containers such as, sparkling waters, champagnes, wines, cafe beverages, French press coffee, and Sangrias, as well as specialty drinks made in larger batches prior to service. This will include topping off glassware with additional beverage products including flavored sodas, ice, and garnishes as necessary. Techniques: Servers will employ techniques such as wine uncorking and table presentation, pressing of coffee carafes, and shaking fresh juices. Products: Servers will be expected to be familiar with tools such as corkscrews, Seau a' champagnes (buckets), cocktail trays, carafes, French presses, stainless steel shakers, long spoons, tongs and sharp knives for garnish preparation, and service ware for cafe beverage (Espresso, Cappuccino) preparation and service. ***Original*** Servers will be responsible for setting up the dining room, taking and placing customers’ orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, greeting guests, and cleaning and clearing tables. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 11:30am - 7:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, or 3:30pm - 11:30pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
