  Bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to members and guests in all areas of the club, including cleaning glasses and bar equipment, taking and placing guest orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked, counting bar and beverage inventory and maintaining required bar and beverage inventory records, setting up and tearing down bar areas for banquet events, and assisting with other front of house duties as may be requested by management at the employer’s property. Other front-of-house duties may include preparing, stocking, setting-up, breaking-down, and cleaning of bar areas, including at golf events or catered events. Will also be responsible for developing daily or weekly drink specials, preparing and printing drink and wine lists, promoting drink and wine options, and receiving and stocking bar inventory and supplies. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am to 5:00pm, 4:00pm to 11:00pm, and 5:00pm to 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
