Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant, and keeping food prep and storage areas clean and organized at the employer’s property. Cooks working at satellite food service cafes will also take orders from and deliver completed food orders to members and guests at walk up window/counter. Additionally, Cooks will be responsible for completing front and back of house duties such as setting up and breaking down food buffets, restocking buffets with food, plating and serving food from buffet, and organizing food in coolers and storage areas as requested by the Executive Chef. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 2:00pm to 9:00pm, 8:00am to 3:00pm, or 10:00am to 5:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
