Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work and storage areas, kitchen equipment, and kitchen receiving areas in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing (without cooking) various foods to be cooked or served, storing foods and kitchen supplies after delivery. Dishwashers will assist with setting up and restocking the buffets. Additionally, Dishwashers will be responsible for understanding and following sanitation standards and practices, sorting and removing trash, breaking down cardboard cartons, sorting recycling, changing oil in fryers, discarding outdated food product from storage areas, preparing and organizing dishware for banquet service, breaking down and cleaning frozen ice cream maker at end of service, breaking down buffets at the end of service, and changing soiled linen bags. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 3:00pm to 10:00pm, 4:00pm to 11:00pm, or 10:00am to 5:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
