Dining Room Managers will be responsible for managing the service of members and guests in the dining room and assisting the food & beverage management team in the supervision of dining room staff at the employer’s property. Dining Room Managers will also greet and seat guests, maintain order and cleanliness of the dining room, and ensure that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained. Will also be responsible for performing various activities such as compiling and balancing member receipts as well as presenting bills. Dining Room Managers will also coordinate food service tasks between the kitchen and service staff such as member dietary needs and daily food inventory. Dining Room Managers will also be responsible for monitoring opening and closing dining room procedures, assuring the dining room operations are legally compliant, and handling and resolving member complaints regarding food service. Additionally, Dining Room Managers will be responsible for training, supervising, and evaluating work performance for the service staff, as well as ensuring transportation of service staff to and from employee housing is coordinated properly. May supervise up to ten (10) Food and Beverage Servers, and up to three (3) Bartenders. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am to 4:00pm, 3:00pm to 10:00pm, and 11:00am to 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
