***RFI Response*** Setting up of the dining rooms includes setting the rooms with utensils, glassware, centerpieces and plate ware necessary for service. Setting the employee cafe includes the stocking of utensils for family meals, ice and cups for soda machines, and service utensils for meals each day. The setting up of banquet events includes setting up tables specific to event Door plans, food stations with chaffers for cooking, and service equipment as well as decoration specific to event. Breaking down banquet events includes the cleaning and storing of equipment and supplies necessary for event services. The tools used to complete the above tasks include napkins, cutlery, plate ware, glassware, placemats, salt & pepper, decorative centerpieces, service equipment, chaffers, cooking supplies & fuel, banquet tables, and food safe sanitation cleaning supplies. Finally, "maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all front of house areas as well as back of house work stations" can be clarified as maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all front of house areas including, cleaning tables before and during service, the host area and front of house service stations to provide a clean and welcome dining experience. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all back of house work stations includes the maintenance and sanitation of condiment and beverage equipment, work tables and expo areas, daily and weekly cleaning of equipment and areas, further including the washing and cleaning of parts, wiping and sanitizing of work surfaces, and tasks necessary to provide a safe service environment. The tools used to complete the above tasks are food safe sanitation cleaning supplies, kitchen rags, and urn-ex beverage equipment cleaner. ***Original Duties*** Food and Beverage Servers will be responsible for serving members and guests in all areas of the club, including greeting and seating customers, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables at the employer’s property. Food and Beverage Servers will also be responsible for setting up the dining rooms and employee cafe, setting up and breaking down of banquet service events, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all front of house areas as well as back of house work stations, working directly with back of house staff to communicate efficiently, and any other food service-related task requested by management. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am to 5:00pm or 4:00pm to 11:00pm, or 5:00pm to 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
