Culinary Supervisors will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing food, consulting with supervising staff to plan menus, preparing and cooking food items, and assisting the Chef in relaying instructions to the Kitchen Team when the Chef is not in the kitchen. May supervise up to twenty-five (25) Cooks and Prep Cooks in a given shift. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM – 3:00PM, 10:00AM – 6:00PM, or 3:00PM – 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
