Kitchen staff workers will be expected to stock stations with utensils, napkins, trays, condiments, etc., and will assist wait staff with any needs. Workers will clear tables and clean/prepare tables for next customers. Clean/sanitize various areas of restaurant. Clean/wash dishes. Workers may complete other duties/responsibilities that are customary for restaurant kitchen workers. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, etc., as necessary to perform all job duties.
