Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing/mixing coffee, tea, and soft drinks from powders/concentrates. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. Portion and wrap food, or place it directly on plates for service to patrons. Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures. Place food trays over food warmers for immediate service, or store them in refrigerated storage cabinets. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas. Clean tables in outdoor seating area; remove disposable food containers and eating utensils, replenish condiments in condiments area. Trash removal. Seasonal fast food restaurant open 7 days per week. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 10:30am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays.
