***RFI Response #2*** Must perform post-peak-season cleaning, which involves reconfiguring and cleaning the entire work area, and preparing the facility for post peak-season pace of operations. Worker will carry by hand equipment such as toasters, microwave ovens, pots, pans, and utensils to on site post-peak-season storage area. Worker will use standard cleaning supplies and tools such as an all purpose cleaner, mop, scrub brush, towels, to perform post-peak-season cleaning of work area. ***RFI Response #1*** Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time, including omelets, scrambles, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, flippers (pancakes), burgers, turkey clubs, fried chicken, tuna melts, hot roast beef sandwiches, and fried seafood, using a grill/flat top, griddle, deep fryer, toaster, and microwave oven, and tools such as a spatula, whisk, soup ladle, grill weight, and tongs. Perform a variety of food preparation duties such as portioning pre-made cold foods like fruit salad, coleslaw, and potato salad, slicing, and heating and plating pre-cooked hot sides like bacon, sausage, hash, french fries, and mashed potatoes. Receiving and stocking grocery and dry goods orders received from vendors, which involves moving them by hand from the receiving area to a walk-in refrigerator and freezer (approximately 20 feet away) with a supervisor. Clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment. General cleaning tasks and trash removal. Must perform pre-peak-season set up, which includes bringing stored equipment and utensils to the work area, cleaning the work area, and stocking items for immediate use (e.g., setting the sandwich and egg stations with all food items and portioned sides). Must perform post-peak-season cleaning, which involves reconfiguring and cleaning the entire work area, and preparing the facility for post-peak-season pace of operations. Seasonal restaurant open 7 days per week. ***Original F.a.2*** Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. Perform a variety of food preparation duties such as preparing cold foods, slicing, portioning, and receiving and stocking orders. Clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment. General cleaning tasks and trash removal. Must perform pre and post peak-season cleaning and set up of facility. Restaurant open 7 days per week. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends , nights, and holidays.
