  Scrape and stack dirty dishes cleared from tables and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, by hand and by using dishwasher machines. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated kitchen storage areas. Sweep and mop floors. Wipe down surfaces before and after services. Sort and remove trash, recycling, and compost. Receive deliveries of kitchen supplies and stock supplies in designated storage areas, refrigerators, and/or serving stations. Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving. Help move and arrange restaurant furniture. Perform other related tasks as needed.
