*** RFI Response *** Plumbing Functions • Repairs: Fixing leaky faucets, pipes, and toilets. • Clogs: Clearing drains and sewer lines. • Installation/Replacement: Installing new fixtures, water heaters, or sections of pipe. • System Checks: Testing water pressure and ensuring proper water flow. Carpentry Functions • Repairs: Fixing or replacing damaged wood or similar furniture/equipment • Finishing: Installing paneling and painting. List of tools and materials: • Adjustable Wrench – For tightening or loosening nuts and bolts. • Pipe Wrench – For gripping and turning pipes. • Plunger – Clearing clogs in sinks and toilets. • Drain Snake / Auger – Unclogging drains. • Tape Measure – Accurate measurements for both tasks. • Hammer – Driving nails and general repairs. • Screwdrivers (Flathead & Phillips) – Fastening screws. • Power Drill & Bits – Drilling holes and driving screws. • Hand Saw or Circular Saw – Cutting wood. • Level – Ensuring straight and even installations. • Safety Gear – Gloves, goggles, and dust masks. · Wrenches (adjustable, socket sets, torque wrenches) • Pliers (needle-nose, slip-joint, locking) • Hammers (ball-peen, rubber mallet) • Allen keys / Hex keys • Drills (corded or cordless) • Grinders • Electric saws (reciprocating, circular) • Multimeter (for electrical testing) • Clamp meter • Calipers and micrometers • Tape measure • Laser level • Thermometers and infrared temperature guns • Bearing pullers • Gear pullers • Lubrication tools (grease guns) • Vacuum pumps (for HVAC) *** Original F.a.2 *** • Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists. • Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. • Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information. • Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. • Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications.
