  Perform lesser tasks involving manual labor at residential and light commercial construction sites, including loading and unloading materials; carrying lumber, trusses, metal roofing panels, and framing components; preparing work areas; and using simple hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, nail pullers, and screw guns. Under supervision, assist with positioning and holding framing members in place, installing sheathing, staging materials for carpenters, removing old roofing or siding, and lifting, carrying, and disposing of construction debris. Help prepare and clean work areas, assemble and dismantle temporary work platforms, and perform general site cleanup as directed. Work under supervision and do not perform skilled carpentry or roofing tasks.
