  Food Preparation duties - help prep food orders, place food prepared by cooks on customers’ plates and add garnishes as directed by cooks. Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, and assist cooks with menu items as directed. Assemble breadbaskets and associated food items. Cleaning duties - sanitize the dining area and kitchen, wash dishes, pots and pans after use. Wipe down and clean tables and serving stations in the dining room. Server duties - greet customers. Take orders for food and drinks. Serve food and drinks. Maintain knowledge of every menu item. Document orders accurately.
