Make fudge. Prepare and mix ingredients, operate necessary machinery including heated fudge kettle and/or fudge and chocolate melter and hand tools to smooth and form the fudge slices. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. 35-40 hrs/wk Shifts are: 8:00AM – 4:00PM and 3:00PM – 10:00PM. Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Possible 5-15 hrs of overtime/ week. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $17.91 - $19.00 based upon performance at employers discretion. PO Box 481, Mackinac Island, MI 49757 Optional housing and board at $95.00/week for housing and $55.00/week for meals. If employee opts for housing, housing and/or board expenses will be deducted from employees’ paychecks. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The amount of transportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence for travel will be provided at a rate of $16.28/day up to a max of $68.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period to the total employment period.
