Welcome and register guests, collect payment and assign rooms, issue keys and assist with luggage. Take reservations and assist with guest questions and complaints. Keep records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts. Transmit reservations information and communicate with guests. Maintain cleanliness of check in /lobby area and other common areas. Shifts 8:00AM – 3:00PM and 3:00PM - 10:00PM. 35-40 hrs/wk Employees will work 5 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Up to 10 hours of overtime/wk. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $20.36 - $22.00 based upon performance at employer's discretion. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Possible housing at Employer's discretion for $50.00/wk. A refundable $150.00 deposit will be required if housing is provided. The weekly housing fee will be deducted from payroll so long as the weekly housing fee does not result in weekly wages greater than $35.00 less than Massachusetts minimum wage. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The amount of transportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence for travel will be provided at a rate of $16.28/day up to a max of $68.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period to the total employment period.
