Operate small moving and loading machinery to transport, position, and lift tent components and event equipment during setup, takedown, and warehouse operations. Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment to load and unload trucks, move heavy tent parts, and assist crews in assembling and disassembling large tents at event sites. Inspect machinery before use and perform basic maintenance such as fueling and cleaning equipment. Secure loads safely and follow all company and OSHA safety procedures. Assist with manual loading, unloading, and organization of materials in the warehouse when not operating machinery. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and as part of a team to ensure efficient and safe event setup and breakdown. 8:00AM – 4:00PM. Employees will work 5-6 days/wk but days of the week will vary weekly. Up to 20 hours of overtime/wk possible. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $26.25 -$29.00 based upon performance at employers discretion Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The amount of transportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence for travel will be provided at a rate of $16.28/day up to a max of $68.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period to the total employment period.
