  Workers are to perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance services for a hotel property (ex. changing light bulbs when necessary, tightening screws on an office chair if they get loose, and other simple unskilled/no experience necessary tasks). Including but not limited to cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and grounds as necessary. Workers are expected to monitor supply levels and the working conditions of the facilities to identify any safety hazards, and to notify the proper individual responsible for repairs and orders as necessary. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be willing and able to walk, stand, and work for prolonged periods of time.
