  Workers will realize various tasks, such as preparing construction materials and loading and unloading asphalt, gravel, and other materials. Workers may use shovels, brooms, or other tools to clean the work and remove debris before performing paving operations. Workers will also use hand tools and equipment such as rakes, shovels, and tampers. Workers will distribute and compact asphalt materials. Workers will assist the paving crew to facilitate a smooth workflow, including helping with the layout and alignment of pavement. They will also assist in repairing and patching existing asphalt surfaces by filling cracks and potholes. Perform basic maintenance tasks on tools and equipment and report malfunctions to the supervisor. Workers will Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. Workers will monitor the quality of work and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor. Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
