Position offered is for an experienced construction laborer with a minimum of three months’ experience in construction labor who is able to work with and model company landscaping methods and procedures with up to 3 peers. Responsible for performing various tasks associated with construction, repair, and maintenance of highways, roads, and bridges, such as clearing debris and vegetation from construction area and setting up traffic control measures such as signs, cones, and barricades. This role involves manual labor, operating tools, and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Workers must operate basic hand and power tools such as jackhammers, drills, and saws; Compact soil or other materials using tampers and vibratory equipment. Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, or other materials as required; Spread gravel, asphalt, or other materials using shovels, rakes, and other hand tools; Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds.
